14 June 2016 – The UK Space Agency is launching the first call of its £150M multi-year International Partnerships Programme (IPP) which will use space knowledge, expertise and capability to provide a sustainable, economic or societal benefit to undeveloped nations, emerging and developing economies.
IPP will award grants to successful industrial and academic partners to run projects tackling real-world problems in a developing country. The launch event takes place from 9:30am-3:00pm on Tuesday 28 June, at which the Agency will share details about the call and publish further details on its website.
Speakers at the launch will explain about the requirements of the programme, information on the type of challenges developing countries face, and how to submit a good proposal.
An event agenda will be circulated to registered guests nearer the time.
